JOB DESCRIPTION: Primarily analyzes, designs, develops, and supports all major information systems designs from an enterprise perspective. Is involved in determining the long-range strategic direction of systems; determines the hardware, software, tools, languages, and databases to be utilized; and understands from an enterprise perspective how all data, applications, hardware, and users function and interact. Implements software application solutions for diverse and complex business requirements. This can include packaged application customization, custom application development and well as multi-systems integration. Will typically work with a development team as the Sr. business solution resource and provide solution capabilities to the technical team as well as the end user/customer. Requires significant expertise in applicable and various development technologies such as .net, J2EE, etc. Experience with platforms such as Windows and Unix/Linux a must as well as a diverse experience level in data communication technologies. Prior experience as a programmer/analyst and thorough knowledge of the SDLC and common tools and utilities such as RUP.
Client/Server Application Programmer/Analyst

Requires one or more of the following: expertise in Microsoft development suite, Java development suite, Lotus Notes, Delphi, PowerBuilder, Visual C++, C++/MFC, SQL, ODBC, and knowledge of one or more specific databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, etc.)
Data/Telecom SW Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs all or part of the software development life cycle primarily focused on datacom or telecom applications. Requires knowledge of specific protocols such as IP, SONET, DWDM, T1, T3, frame relay, Ethernet, OSPF, BGP, RSVP, ATM, RIP, MPLS or SS7. Requires C or C++ programming experience under Unix, MS Windows or a real-time operating system.
Embedded Software/Firmware Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs all or part of the software development life cycle. Development is usually focused upon real-time engineering or scientific-related products. Solutions primarily involve the programming and control of instrumentation, automation machinery, communications, and/or embedded systems. Experience with C, C++, or Assembly language programming experience under a real-time operating system such as pSOS, VxWorks, or Nucleus for microprocessor or microcontroller environment.
GUI Programmer/Analyst

Development includes front-end applications with some possible development of middleware services. Database connectivity experience in a client/server or distributed systems environment a must.

Signal Processing/Image Processing SW Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs all or part of the software development life cycle primarily focused on DSP or imaging products and related solutions. Requires knowledge of signal processing techniques, algorithm implementation, image processing techniques, frame grabbers, vision accelerators, cameras and/or device drivers. Requires software languages such as C or C++ using DSP chip sets such as T1, Motorola, Intel or analog devices.
Software Quality Assurance Engineer
OTHER TITLES: Tester, Test Analyst, Application Tester, QA Analyst, QA Specialist
YEARS EXPERIENCE: Junior 1-2/Mid-Level 3-5/Senior 6+
EDUCATION: BS/BA Required
JOB DESCRIPTION: Junior Test Analysts implement test plans, utilize test automation tools, write and maintain test automation scripts and track quality assurance metrics. Mid-Level Test Analysts develop, publish and implement test plans, write and maintain test automation, develop quality assurance standards and define and track quality assurance metrics. Senior-Level Test Analysts develop test plans and lead the team that implements test plans, select test automation tools, develop quality assurance standards, and define and track quality assurance metrics. Systems Programmer

EDUCATION: BSCS Highly Preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION: Evaluates software, installs system software updates and maintains core operating system components, communications software, database management software, compilers and utility programs typically associated with mainframe systems utilizing MVS, but can include other operating systems and platforms. Conducts low-level system maintenance, such as socket programming in a Unix/C environment. Provides technical support to various IT groups including application developers, database management teams, system security groups and network support teams. Also performs hardware/software evaluations and participates in planning for system expansions. Creates and modifies utility programs. Ensures systems efficiency and integrity.

Also understands from an enterprise perspective how all Web-enabled data, applications, hardware and users function and interact. Is involved in all major systems development and re-engineering efforts. Provides applications and administration expertise in multiple areas including server technologies, user interface technologies and infrastructure architectures. Will typically work with a development team as the senior business solution resource and provide solution capabilities to the technical team as well as the end user/customer. Requires significant expertise in applicable and various development technologies such as .net, J2EE, etc. Experience with platforms such as Windows and Unix/Linux and Weblogic or WebSphere a must as well as significant experience in Web infrastructure design and implementation. Prior experience as a programmer/analyst and thorough knowledge of the SDLC and common tools and utilities such as RUP.
Web Graphic Designer
