A Web platform for adding chat and voice capabilities to a Web site from Roaring Pine (www.roaringpine.com). It enables users to contact a service representative for personalized assistance when browsing a Web site. iConnect evolved from VoiceView, which was provided simultaneous voice and data over modems (see VoiceView). iSupport enables iConnect users to establish a technical support session that includes remote control and testing functions.
