Slingbox AV, SOLO and PRO
The basic Slingbox AV has one input for one TV source and supports SDTV (standard definition). Slingbox SOLO and PRO support SDTV and HDTV (high definition), but Slingbox PRO has inputs for four TV sources. See SDTV and HDTV.
SlingPlayer in the Receiving Device
In order to receive the Slingbox's redirected video from the Internet, Windows and Mac computers must install the SlingPlayer client software. Smartphones and PDAs require the appropriate "SlingPlayer for Mobile" software.
